Even though cheating is a big problem in Indian schools, it has scaled new heights this week. It all happened in the eastern state of Bihar on Wednesday, when relatives of the 10-th grade students climbed the wall of a school building and clinged on window ledges to pass cheat sheets to their children. Policeman were standing nearby and watched helplessly.
In a developing economy like India, the education is a precious commodity. With more than 1.2 billion people, the education could be a key to the escape from a poverty.
